When will I receive my order?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Within Europe, we ship via DHL, with the following shipping times:
The Netherlands:
- Ordered Monday through Friday before 5 PM? Your order will be shipped the same day.
- Ordered before 3 PM on Saturday? You'll receive your order on Monday.
Can I track my order?
Yes, that's possible. As soon as your order has been processed, you'll receive an email confirmation. When your order is packed and ready for shipment, you'll receive an email with a track and trace number. This allows you to track the progress of your order.
What should I do if I haven't received a track and trace?
