How to return an item

To return an item, please register the returns process via this link . Enter the last 5 digits of your order number and your email address, and submit your return request.

Return Policy

Items can be returned if:

  • They must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item is complete, unused, unworn, and in its original condition (no stains, wear) with tags and price tags still attached, and it must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal has been broken.

Reflection period

When you place an order at www.classito.nl , you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment you or a designated person receives the last item in the order. During this period, you can decide whether you want to keep the items. You may try on the items as you would in a physical store, but you may not use them until you have decided to keep them.

Money back

Our warehouse needs 5 business days to process your return. You will receive the purchase price, including any shipping costs, back into your account within 2-5 business days after the return has been processed. However, we may withhold a refund until we have received the returned items or until you have provided proof of having sent them back. Items can also be exchanged if they are still in like-new condition.
