How can I track my order?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once you have returned the items to us, you should receive the refund within 10 business days after the items reach our warehouse.
You can track the progress of your return using the track and trace code provided by your chosen carrier, which indicates when the package reaches our warehouse. The 10-business day processing time begins from that point. You'll receive a notification once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear on your bank account. If you haven't received your refund within this timeframe, please email us at info@classito.nl or click here so we can look into this for you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period, during which customers can return their package without giving a reason. This 14-day period begins from the moment the package is received . Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

How should I wash my pants or tops?
Proper care will keep your clothes in good condition for longer. Here's a guide on how to wash your pants and tops:

What is the delivery time?
We think it's important that you don't have to wait too long, so your order will be processed directly from our Dutch warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing it.
Orders received before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
The estimated shipping time as indicated during checkout and on our shipping page starts from the day your order ships.
